  1. Overview. The website goodbyemypimple.com is published by jessica ounier, registered under SIREN number , with registered office at rue de bruxelles 31100 toulouse. Contact: goodymypimple@gmail.com

  2. Purpose. These terms govern the sale of tea tree pimple patches to individual customers. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

  3. Products. Our patches are single-use cosmetic hygiene products. Photos are not contractual. They do not replace medical advice. In case of skin reaction, stop using them and consult a healthcare professional.

  4. Prices. Prices are shown in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs specified at checkout. We may change our prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

  5. Order and payment. The order is confirmed once payment is confirmed. Payments are secured and processed by Shopify Payments and the other methods offered at checkout. We may cancel any suspicious order or in case of a payment dispute.

  6. Delivery. Delivery times are indicative and start from shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Risks transfer to the customer upon receipt of the parcel.

  7. Withdrawal and returns. See our refund policy: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products unsealed after delivery.

  8. Warranties. Customers benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided by the French Consumer Code.

  9. Personal data. Collected data is used to process orders and, with your consent, to send offers. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion at goodymypimple@gmail.com

  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, with possible recourse to consumer mediation.
