Refund policy

Our pimple patches are single-use hygiene products in direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and health reasons, any product that has been unsealed or opened cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, only for products returned in their original packaging, intact and unopened. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

For any request, contact us at goodymypimple@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, send the product back to the address we give you. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt, to the payment method used for the purchase.
