Shipping policy

We prepare and ship orders from France within 1 business day. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs: €3 in France, €5 elsewhere in Europe.

A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel ships. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods or in case of carrier delays.

If your parcel has not arrived after 10 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at googdbyemypimple@gmail.com with your order number: we will find a solution (reshipment or refund).
